The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing solutions for the project that enable customers to meet their process business goals, leading requirement sessions with clients, and developing solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application product family within an enterprise.

Requirements

• Strong PCLA Insurance domain knowledge in North AmericanIndianAsia PacificUK market
• Experience in ICD ICM
• Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools eg Rational Rose Together Jo
• Experience in setting up business rules and workflow engines
• Design Development experience with object oriented programming in JAVA technology stack
• Experience in both high level as well as low level design
• Should have conducted requirements sessions understanding customers business processes
• Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and nonfunctional requirement
• Leading a team of software specialists engineers for the creation implementation of solution architecture for a productapplication
• Experience in any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Managing a team of 1012 resources
• Good communication as there would be a need to work closely with the customers
• Ready to travel onsite for 23 months duration
• Experience in Estimation methodologies

• Experience in performance tuning of productapplication
• Exposure to design frameworks
• Exposure to automation tools
• Understand the principles of accounting or commerce or finance

Responsibilities

• Development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application product family within an enterprise
• Enable customer to fulfil the stated project objectives
• Lead solution of the product implementation
• Support execution of project from solution perspective and technology perspective
• Prepare and Review estimations
• Support presales
• Support QCS
