About The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with a strong enterprise/solution architecture background, preferably with 15+ years of experience. The role focuses on modernizing monolithic payment systems, leading legacy-to-cloud data migrations, designing secure tokenization solutions, and establishing architectural standards and governance. This is a W2 position only, not C2C.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture
- Strong background in Payments & Cards
- Experience with payment platform modernization
- Expertise in microservices
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Experience with data migration
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with cloud-native platforms
- Understanding of encryption, HSM/KMS, and tokenization
- Knowledge of card authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, acquiring, issuance, payment orchestration
- Familiarity with PCI DSS v4.0 compliance
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot/microservices
- Expertise in payment tokenization and security
- Proven experience leading legacy modernization and data migration initiatives
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodology
- Experience with Jira, Rally, and Clarity
