About The Position

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong delivery leadership experience responsible for designing and executing large-scale technology solutions. This role combines architecture expertise with end-to-end delivery ownership, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned to business outcomes while embedding AI-first and automation-first principles.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in technology consulting, architecture, and delivery leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise programs in data, AI, or digital transformation
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and modern data platforms
  • Hands-on exposure to automation frameworks including DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
  • Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing global and distributed teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end architecture for data, AI, and digital transformation programs aligned to business goals
  • Lead solution delivery from design through implementation and stabilization with full accountability for timelines, cost, and quality
  • Drive AI-first and automation-first approaches across architecture and delivery, incorporating intelligent automation, GenAI, and DevSecOps practices
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, roadmaps, and execution plans
  • Lead cross-functional and distributed teams across engineering, data, and platform functions
  • Ensure adoption of automated pipelines, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on technology strategy, architecture decisions, and transformation roadmaps
  • Implement governance, security, and compliance standards across all solutions
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement during delivery
  • Enable observability, AIOps, and self-healing capabilities within delivered systems
