About The Position

The Solution Architect will operate across both design and implementation, combining strong cloud architecture expertise with a hands-on approach to code and infrastructure. They will provision Azure resources directly and contribute to C# codebases, taking an active role in bringing solutions from architecture through to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years in software architecture or senior software engineering roles
• Hands-on, production experience provisioning and managing Azure resources — not just design-level familiarity (compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring)
• Hands-on C# / .NET development experience — able to write and review production code, not just review pull requests conceptually
• Solid grasp of integration patterns (REST/APIs, message queues, ETL pipelines)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and data modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English. English is required because the position regularly involves explaining architecture decisions and providing technical guidance to engineers and non-technical stakeholders across our global workforce.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or equivalent
• Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, healthcare, finance) — GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 exposure a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (SysPro, SAP, D365) or CRM platforms (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that translate business requirements into scalable, secure architecture
• Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources directly (App Services, Azure SQL, networking/VNets, Front Door, Container Apps, storage, identity/RBAC)
• Contribute hands-on to C# / .NET development as required — API design, service integration, code review, or direct implementation on selected initiatives
• Own integration architecture between core systems (ERP, CRM, custom line-of-business apps)
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and COTS platform fit against existing systems
• Define and enforce security, compliance, and data governance standards for regulated environments (GxP, data residency, privacy law considerations where applicable)
• Produce architecture documentation, decision records, and diagrams that a delivery team can actually build from
• Partner with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams; provide technical leadership without direct reports
