Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Thermal System Solution Architect to define and advance end-to-end thermal architectures for high-density AI factories and data centers. This role translates compute roadmaps, deployment constraints, sustainability objectives and customer operating models into scalable, resilient and efficient cooling solutions, spanning chip and rack heat capture through facility heat transport, heat rejection and heat reuse. Success factors Translate ambiguous market signals and customer needs into clear system requirements, architecture decisions and actionable recommendations. Connect IT, mechanical, electrical, controls, sustainability and operational perspectives to optimize the complete system. Communicate complex thermal concepts effectively to executives, customers, sales teams and technical experts. Build trust with customers and partners through active listening, technical credibility and solution-focused engagement. Challenge assumptions constructively while maintaining speed, engineering rigor and documentation. Influence across a global matrix and mobilize subject-matter experts to deliver results.
