The Opportunity
As a Senior ERP Solution Architect, you will design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions within complex, multi-solution contexts. You will use sophisticated analytical thought to lead technical teams, driving the technology roadmap and ensuring the evolution of our enterprise landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing business-driven, standards-based solutions within a complex multi-product ERP environment (e.g., SAP).
• Proven track record of leading technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.
• In-depth and expert-level knowledge across multiple ERP technology areas, integration platforms, and application landscapes.
• Strong capability in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and establishing complex Integration pathways.
• Expertise in managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), defining fitness functions, establishing reference architectures, and recording Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with an ability to articulate difficult technical concepts clearly to shift points of view.
• Strategic mindset to maintain long-term product roadmaps while actively mentoring peers and contributing to enterprise architecture communities.

Responsibilities

• Design robust, standards-based ERP solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards across complex multi-product environments.
• Lead technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using sophisticated analytical thought, exercising judgment to deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain the vision, technology roadmap, and current landscape for multiple interconnected ERP solutions, assessing impact on capabilities and risk.
• Create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and complex Integration pathways across the product ecosystem.
• Define reference architectures, manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions, and ensure Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are documented and published.
• Communicate difficult architectural concepts clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align perspectives across the complete product landscape.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and drive the adoption of new ERP technologies while managing technical debt and conducting vendor assessments.
• Proactively contribute to architecture practices and governance while mentoring peers and junior architects within the enterprise community.
