Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in technical product management.
- Strong experience with data platforms, data engineering, or integrations.
- Strong experience with APIs, microservices, and data exchange architecture.
- Strong experience with Agile product delivery and backlog management.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Mandatory skill: AI Cognitive.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the healthcare domain, including claims, EHR, or interoperability.
- Familiarity with FHIR standards (R4/R5) and healthcare data exchange models.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities or intelligent automation.
- Experience with Rally, Aha!, JIRA, or equivalent tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, integration success, data quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security requirements, and enterprise data governance standards.
