About The Position

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications. This role is responsible for planning and executing Application Development projects, delivery, contract & commercials, hiring, customer satisfaction, and governance. The individual will manage the Program P&L, operating margin, and other organization operation parameters, driving delivery-led growth. They will also be responsible for bringing standardization to the AD process and documents, conducting business review meetings with the executive leadership team, and aligning strategic planning and execution to meet customer needs. This role involves providing solutions to customer problems and business needs through problem-solving approaches and the right solution, as well as bringing ideas to the team to further enhance the technology platform and portfolio of applications. Additionally, the role provides insights to the account team on opportunities and partners with them to develop new business opportunities, manages team performance, and oversees competency development to meet business needs. This includes team performance assessment, goal setting, promotion, salary increment, and bonus. The individual will direct, guide, and mentor the team to align them with business strategy and changes in both the company and customer organizations to meet goals and objectives, and review project performance, metrics, and continuous improvement progress, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.
• Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.
• Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.
• Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.
• Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.
• Responsible for planning and executing Application Development project, delivery, contract & commercials, hiring, Customer satisfaction and governance.
• Responsible for Program P&L; operating margin, meeting other organization operation parameters; delivery led growth.
