About The Position

We are seeking CDL-A holders, including new graduates with no prior experience, to join our team as Solo Dry Van Truck Drivers. We offer paid training with ride-along/trainer support for new graduates who have completed 120 hours in a CDL School. Experienced drivers will have their CPMs discussed based on their solo driving experience. The average pay per week is $1200-$1500 for approximately 2500 miles per week. Drivers will be out for twelve days and home for 2 days, with one day of home time for every six days out. This position involves driving within all 48 states with dry van trailers and no-touch freight, operating on both day and night shifts.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
At least 21 years of age.
Held a regular US driver’s license for the last 12 consecutive months.
Clean criminal background.
Ability to pass a hair test.
CDL-A holders with no experience and 120 hours in a CDL School (for new grads).
If previously trained with another company, no moving violations or preventable accidents during the time holding a CDL.

Responsibilities

Drive dry van trailers within all 48 states.
Transport no-touch freight.
Operate on both day and night shifts.
Complete paid training with ride-along/trainer support (for new grads).
Work with a mentor for 4-6 weeks if a trainee, earning $650.00 per week.
Maintain a clean criminal background.
Pass a hair test.
