About The Position

This position is for recent CDL A graduates looking for a solo dry van truck driver opportunity in the Eastern Regional Fleet, based out of Richmond. Trainees will work with a mentor for 4-6 weeks, earning $650 per week. After training, drivers will be compensated at $0.55 Cents Per Mile (CPM). The average weekly pay is $1100 for approximately 2500 miles per week. Drivers will be out for two weeks and home for 2 days, with an additional day of home time for every 6 days out. The role involves driving dry van trailers with no-touch freight within all 48 states. Both day and night shifts are available.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL driver’s license.
120 hours in a CDL School.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have held a regular US driver’s license for the last 12 consecutive months.
Clean criminal background.
No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years.
No 15 mph over speeding tickets in the last 12 months.
No year long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years unless in school-self employment has to be verifiable.
Must be able to pass a hair test.
No DUI/DWI.
If a Driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.
Will consider Military experience with a valid DD214 and the Driver will have to complete a 'Military verification form'.
