About The Position
Trimac is a transportation company with an 80-year legacy in safely delivering products across North America. We are looking for an experienced Hazmat Tanker driver seeking a consistent OTR opportunity with international routes and strong support. This role involves hauling liquid bulk hazmat chemical products and handling cross-border loads between the U.S. and Canada. Requirements
- Valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience required
- A strong safety record and dedication to excellence
- TWIC Card
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 7 years without: A preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- Past 3 years without: A major preventable accident
- Past 3 years without: Two or more moving convictions
Responsibilities
- Hauling liquid bulk hazmat chemical products
- Handling cross-border loads between the U.S. and Canada
- Operating OTR lanes with Canada runs
