Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to operate heavy machinery.

Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in waste management or environmental services.
Certifications in hazardous materials handling, waste processing, or safety.
Previous OSHA experience.

Responsibilities

Sort and process waste materials, including food waste and construction debris, ensuring proper disposal in line with environmental standards.
Operate heavy equipment such as compact trucks, loaders, mini excavators, zoom booms, and dumpsters.
Perform daily equipment inspections and troubleshooting.
Handle waste operations during night shifts, ensuring timely and safe processing.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of waste disposal activities and track waste quantities for environmental compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
