About The Position

Dynomax, Inc is expanding! Our Electrical Connectors division is growing and we are seeking a Soldering Technician to assemble cable harnesses and circuit board connectors. This is a 1st Shift position in our clean, air conditioned, well-lit shop. Successful candidates will have a strong background in the assembly of small components.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills
• Familiarity with computers
• Attention to detail and quality of work

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years experience connector assembly or SMT Rework experience
• Previous experience at an AS9100 or ISO 9001 company

Responsibilities

• Build and inspect assemblies for conformity to prints and specifications
• Hand solder thru-hole and surface mount components and mesh wire splicing
• Pre-tin components and wires over solder pot for extended periods of time
• Follow manufacturing procedures and written work instructions
• Understand wiring schemes, assembly drawings, and callouts
• Handle very small parts with tweezers and occasional use of microscope
