About The Position

Axiom Staffing is hiring experienced Soldering Technicians to join our client’s team in Roswell, GA. This is a temp-to-full-time position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with soldering in a production or manufacturing environment and be able to work with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous soldering experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• IPC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering on electronic components, assemblies, and wiring according to specifications.
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines.
