About The Position

JANCO ELECTRONICS, INC. IS SEEKING A HIGHLY TALENTED AND MOTIVATED SOLDERING TECHNICIAN WHO WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURING MANAGER. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: LOCATE AND PLACE PARTS IN KIT, SOLDER AND ASSEMBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER PRINT, INSPECT AND TOUCH UP BOARDS AS REQUIRED. JANCO ELECTRONICS WILL PROVIDE IN-HOUSE EMPLOYEE TRAINING FOR ALL NEW HIRES. EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE CERTIFICATIONS IN IPC/JSTD/ETC.

Requirements

• Soldering: 2 years (Required)
• Printed circuit board soldering: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to commute to Rollinsford, NH 03869 (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Rollinsford, NH 03869 before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in IPC/JSTD/ETC.

Responsibilities

• Locate and place parts in kit
• Solder and assemble printed circuit boards according to customer print
• Inspect and touch up boards as required
