DEPCOM Power is seeking a Solar Site Field Engineer to support the construction of utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects across the United States. This is a project-site-based role, with Solar Site Field Engineers working on-site at active construction projects to support day-to-day engineering, quality, and project execution activities. While team members may reside anywhere in the U.S., they are assigned to project sites for extended periods based on business needs, with home trip rotations typically occurring every 3-4 weeks. Current hiring needs are focused on projects in: Baconton, GA East Dublin, GA Bellwood, NE El Paso, TX Altoona, KS Project assignments are based on business needs and may change as new projects are awarded and staffing requirements evolve. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic field environments, solving problems in real time, and contributing directly to the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. The Field Engineering role supports both self-perform and contracted construction of utility-scaled Solar and BESS EPC jobs nationwide. This role provides superior value to our customers by orchestrating seamless field operations. This is achieved through robust communication, group collaboration, and responsible, creative problem-solving, ensuring projects are constructed on time and in compliance with design, laws, codes, and requirements.
