About The Position

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking a Solar Field Engineer to join our team on the Fremont Solar project in Paragonah, UT. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn solar construction operations, and ready to contribute to impactful site builds. The position offers hands-on field and project management experience working alongside seasoned industry professionals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Strong organizational, schedule-tracking, and document-control skills.
Willingness to work onsite in rural project locations (50–60 hrs/week) with moderate travel.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in solar, electrical, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supporting document control, maintaining daily construction reports, and tracking payroll data.
Assisting with Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance records.
Utilizing software like Bluebeam, MS Office, and Google Suite to manage project schedules and records.
Spending regular time on the active construction site learning solar operations and assisting field crews as needed.
