Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred.
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. If a candidate is selected but does not yet possess this license, they will be hired initially as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage and capped at 35 hours/week). Upon successfully obtaining the HIS license, the employee will transition into the Solar Sales Direct Seller role, which is 100% commission-based.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
Monitor sales activities and hit performance goals.
Present solar solutions to homeowners, explain financing, and guide customers through the process.
Help homeowners understand the benefits of going solar—cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.
Attend weekly training meetings to sharpen skills, boost earnings, and unlock career growth opportunities.
