Solar Sales Consultant - Philadelphia
About The Position
SpartanX Solar is hiring motivated Solar Sales Consultants to grow our Pennsylvania market. This is a commission-based sales position for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, generating opportunities, and closing business. Solar experience is a plus, but proven success in direct sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, home improvement, roofing, telecom, or another performance-driven sales environment is highly relevant. SpartanX is a growing residential solar company with active operations across multiple U.S. markets. We're building sales teams with people who want the opportunity to grow with the company—not just fill a seat. Requirements
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with direct homeowner interaction and prospecting
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
