About The Position

Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts. This role involves various solar general labor tasks, including loading and unloading equipment, preparing and handling materials, solar panel installation, rigging, racking assembly, torque tube assembly, pile layout, and general cleanup. The position requires the ability to work with various tools and equipment and a strong teamwork orientation. Requirements

• Experience in construction preferred
• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies
• Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
• Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
