About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Solar Field Engineer to join our team at the Fremont Solar project site. We are looking for motivated professionals with a background in construction and a passion for renewable energy to help us drive project organization, safety, and operational excellence. This is a dynamic role bridging the gap between field construction and project management. Your daily tasks will include: Creating accurate daily construction reports and uploading key technical documents to Procore. Tracking IRA compliance parameters to ensure project documentation meets standards. Reviewing and approving employee timesheets and submitting overtime requests. Generating dig and excavation permits to keep field operations moving safely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience working on solar or similar large-scale utility construction projects is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project scheduling software.
  • Willingness to travel and remain on-site throughout the work week.
  • Self-driven professional who pays fierce attention to detail and can execute administrative and engineering tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and an uncompromising commitment to project safety.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an equivalent field is highly preferred.
