About The Position

As a Solar Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding homeowners through an important decision with confidence and clarity. This role is centered on building trust, understanding customer needs, and helping clients see the long-term value of solar through a consultative sales approach and strong partnership across the business.

Requirements

Experience with in-home closing.
Experience conducting in-home homeowner consultations.
Valid driver's license.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to travel throughout the Harrisburg area.

Nice To Haves

Experience in solar or roofing sales is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Educate homeowners on solar solutions, savings, and financing options.
Conduct in-home or virtual assessments to recommend tailored systems.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
