Requirements
- Hands-on experience with solar panel installation or a background in construction or electrical work.
- A proactive, engaging attitude that thrives in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
- Comfort working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within our exciting industry.
Responsibilities
- Install high-quality solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure installations are safe, efficient, and up to code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges with creative problem-solving skills.
- Deliver exceptional service and communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the installation process.
- Maintain a focus on safety and quality at all times.
