About The Position

This role involves meeting with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to explain and facilitate the purchase of solar energy solutions. The company provides comprehensive training and coaching, focusing on developing consultants with the right skills, mindset, and work ethic, rather than prior experience. Consultants typically attend 8-10 appointments per week, with all appointments pre-set and confirmed by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting. Requirements

• Must have a car and license
• Must be 21+
• Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
• Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
• Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
