The Solar Construction Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering high‑quality commercial solar projects that power businesses and communities across Florida. This position is responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget. As a key driver of project success, you will manage crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control while serving as the on‑site representative of Advanced Green Technologies. Your leadership directly impacts production performance, team morale, client satisfaction, and profitability. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience
  • Proven experience managing field employees and subcontractors
  • Commercial roofing and/or solar construction experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug
  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
  • Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
  • Successful Background Check
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
  • Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing upon reasonable suspicion or any other regulatory requirement.
