About The Position
At Narrow Way Energy, we are always looking for dependable, hardworking people that are willing to work, learn, and be part of a strong team. We work in commercial solar construction across multiple states and are looking for individuals that take pride in their work, stay productive, and show up with a good attitude. This is a general application for future and current openings which may include: General Labor, Equipment Support, Logistics, Pile Crew, Welding, Operators, Mechanical & Electrical Support, Administrative Assistance, and Field Leadership Opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to pass drug testing if required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and stay active throughout the workday
Nice To Haves
- Construction or solar experience preferred, but not required for all positions
