Entry Level Sales - $5,000 in New Hire Bonuses
About The Position
Momentum Solar is hiring entry-level sales professionals as Solar Canvassing Representatives. Representatives engage homeowners in assigned local neighborhoods, introduce the potential benefits of solar energy, and schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants. This is an outdoor, outside sales position that requires confidence approaching and engaging homeowners. The role offers $500 weekly base pay plus uncapped commission, estimated on-target earnings of $70,000–$100,000 annually, and up to $5,000 in new-hire performance bonuses during the first five weeks. Employees receive paid solar and sales training, ongoing coaching and leadership development, and advancement opportunities in sales, management, recruiting, and training. Momentum Solar provides W-2 employment with health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. The six-week paid training program combines classroom instruction, sales practice, and supported field experience. Training covers solar fundamentals and homeowner benefits; prospecting and sales techniques; rapport-building and creating interest; objection handling and appointment setting; role-playing and supported field demonstrations; and individual coaching and performance feedback.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous canvassing, outside sales, direct sales, or door-to-door experience is preferred, but not required.
