About The Position

Core Linen Services is a hospital and hospitality laundry processing company operating across more than 20 states. The Soil Sorter is a member of the front-line production team and performs tasks supporting the commercial laundry plant’s production and customer needs, with work focused on soil sorting. The position separates soiled linen as it moves along the sorting belt and may involve pulling bags or carrying out other laundry activities in a designated order. The work follows an 8-hour shift schedule, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. The facility operates from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday through Saturday. Pay is weekly at $11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Separate soiled linen as it moves down the sorting belt.
• Pull bags and/or process other laundry activities in the designated order.

• Notify a supervisor if frequent technical problems are affecting the ability to meet production standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
