Soil Inspector - Cleanroom
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a safety-first, customer-focused Soil Inspector (Incentive) to join our Cleanroom production team. Cleanroom services provide ISO-certified processing and sterilization. In this role, you will be inspecting soiled Cleanroom garments to determine defects such as rips, holes, or other defects that would compromise the integrity of the garment per customer agreement and required standards. You may be required to sort soiled/spoiled garments before washing and move product bids/bins during shift. Scanning garments before sending them to wash cycle, you will ensure quality and compliance meet ISO 9001 requirements. While ensuring compliance, you’ll also perform routine safety checks on your workspace and assigned equipment. This role is key to providing quality support and operational excellence to our Cleanroom customers.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the majority of your work shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and movements, including stretching, bending, turning, and reaching, to complete work activities.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing a cleanroom uniform that covers the entire body except the eyes.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED
- Production and Teamwork environment experience
