Soil Inspector - Cleanroom
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a safety-first, customer-focused Soil Inspector to join their Cleanroom production team. This role involves inspecting soiled Cleanroom garments to identify defects such as rips, holes, or other issues that could compromise the garment's integrity according to customer agreements and required standards. The position may require sorting soiled/spoiled garments before washing and moving product bins. Responsibilities include scanning garments before the wash cycle to ensure quality and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, as well as performing routine safety checks on the workspace and equipment. This role is crucial for providing quality support and operational excellence to Cleanroom customers.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the majority of your work shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and movements, including stretching, bending, turning, and reaching, to complete work activities.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing a cleanroom uniform that covers the entire body except the eyes.
- Collaborative; able to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Dependable; reliable, responsible, and dependable as it relates to job responsibilities.
- Results-driven; motivated by incentives when consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and quality requirements.
- Detail-oriented; focused on detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

Nice To Haves

- Experience in a production and teamwork environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting soiled Cleanroom garments to determine defects such as rips, holes, or other defects that would compromise the integrity of the garment per customer agreement and required standards.
- Sorting soiled/spoiled garments before washing.
- Moving product bids/bins during shift.
- Scanning garments before sending them to wash cycle to ensure quality and compliance meet ISO 9001 requirements.
- Performing routine safety checks on workspace and assigned equipment.
