About The Position

SAIC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Testing Associate to join our PRIDE MOD NASIS Sustainment Services team in support of the OPNAV N1 MyNavyHR Enterprise Program. As a key member of our agile project development and testing team, you will collaborate with developers and testers to analyze requirements, create detailed test cases, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality software systems that align with mission-critical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing support as a member of an integrated agile project development and testing team
• The Software Tester will be working with other developers and testers to test custom developed software as required
• Analyze requirements and design documents to determine test strategy and estimated level of effort
• Create detailed step by step manual test cases
• Execute manual test cases that ensure system software performs according to documented business requirements, business rules, and technical specifications etc.
• Document actual results during execution
• Identify software defects and create test reports
