About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in telecommunications BSS/OSS systems and hands-on experience with Clarify CRM. The role focuses on functional, integration, regression, interface, and API testing in telecom environments, including validating end-to-end order journeys and workflows within Amdocs Clarify CRM. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, at least three days per week. The posting states a maximum rate of $50 per hour on C2C, potentially more for an exceptional candidate.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in software testing.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Clarify CRM.
Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and business processes.
Proficiency in SQL and database validation.
Experience in API, interface, integration, and regression testing.
Experience preparing test plans and test strategy documents.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Practical experience using AI tools in software testing.
Willingness to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, at least three days per week.

Nice To Haves

Experience with test automation frameworks.
Experience in telecom CRM migration or modernization projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases for BSS/OSS applications.
Validate end-to-end order journeys and workflows within Amdocs Clarify CRM.
Perform functional, integration, regression, interface, and API testing.
Use SQL queries to identify, validate, and troubleshoot migrated test data.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct root cause analysis and log analysis to identify system defects.
Track, document, and manage defects using Jira, HP QC, or similar tools.
Prepare detailed test execution reports and quality metrics.
Use AI-powered testing tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
