About The Position

Designs, develops, and implements test plans, test cases, and test processes. Designs, develops, and maintains suites of automated tests. Performs Integration & Testing activities and Acceptance Testing activities. Builds test environments. Creates and maintains test environment for automated software testing. Experience with at least four (4) of the following knowledge areas: Test automation development (or demonstrated development experience), Performance/load/stress testing, Data interface testing, User interface testing, Security testing, Code coverage tools, Systems integration testing. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Six (6) years of experience as a STE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
• Four (4) years of additional Test Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
