About The Position
deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Software Test Automation Engineer in Huntsville, AL. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related work experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar with DOORS, Cameo, and MBSE, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to think critically. The role also requires the capability to work both independently and within a team, and support an in-person / closed-area work environment. An active security Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship are mandatory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
- 2 years of related work experience
- Familiar with DOORS, Cameo, and MBSE
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
- Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment
- Must have an active security Secret clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the MDA GMD program
- Broad experience with systems engineering applied throughout the systems "V" lifecycle model
- Experience with Software development and the verification of requirements
- Battle Management or Fire Control experience
- MBSE or INCOSE Certifications
- Experience developing SE artifacts, including specifications, Interface Control Documents, Use Cases, System Architecture Descriptions, Trade Studies, and similar documents
