Software Systems Engineer
About The Position
ScriptPro develops, sells, and supports state of the art robotics and services in thousands of pharmacy settings around the United States and Canada. ScriptPro’s Systems Engineering department plays a key role in designing, integrating, testing, and improving the systems that support our pharmacy automation technology. This team works across software, hardware, and robotics to help create reliable, efficient solutions for our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer support teams to support continuous improvement and help bring innovative technology to life.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or 2-4 years equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting client Windows OS and servers
- 1+ years’ experience writing technical documents
- Experience with computer hardware and peripherals
- Ability to work Independently with little supervision
- Detail-oriented with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Extremely collaborative, adaptable, and an effective team member
- Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
- Must have a distraction free home office workspace
- Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
Responsibilities
- Implement and test configuration procedures for Windows Operating Systems and applications
- Configure and manage test systems as needed
- Work with hardware that is located on ScriptPro campus
- Use automated testing tools to test ScriptPro products
- Perform security scans of systems
- Write technical documents
- Work in agile teams using agile methodologies and framework
- Perform other duties as assigned
