About The Position

The Software Support Specialist is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Yardi property management software across all properties managed by HGPS. The Specialist ensures optimal utilization of Yardi to achieve financial performance targets, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time role for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about optimizing systems and supporting others, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of property management systems.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Café is required.
Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and data analysis skills.
Exceptional support and training skills with a collaborative spirit.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
A basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Provide top-notch technical support to users across our portfolio using the Yardi Voyager platform.
Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices.
Set up and manage Yardi modules (Financials, CRM, Residential, etc.) to meet operational needs.
Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
Work with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams to integrate Yardi with other systems.
Ensure data accuracy, maintain user access, and help uphold regulatory compliance.
