About The Position

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, full-time, immersive experience designed to give interns real work, real responsibility, and real access to leaders across the organization. Interns will be embedded in a team contributing to projects that support the company's mission. The Software Support Intern will collaborate with and assist Developers in resolving a wide range of technical software issues on the product by troubleshooting via telephone, email, and/or remote session. A solid foundation in JavaScript is required.

Requirements

Foundational knowledge in JavaScript
Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
Considered a junior or senior by credit hours
Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship
Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).

Responsibilities

Collaborate and assist Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session.
Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across mobile, web, and server components.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Debug and resolve issues to help maintain reliable, high-quality software.
Gain hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud.
Learn what it takes to ship real software in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment.
