About The Position

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program is more than a resume builder. It's a 12-week, full-time, immersive experience designed to give you real work, real responsibility, and real access to leaders across the organization. From day one, you'll be embedded in a team contributing to projects that support our mission of making a difference and changing lives. The Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session. A solid foundation in JavaScript is required.

Requirements

Foundational knowledge in JavaScript
Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
Considered a junior or senior by credit hours
Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across mobile, web, and server components
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Debug and resolve issues to help maintain reliable, high-quality software
Gain hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud
Learn what it takes to ship real software in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment
