About The Position

TeamBuilders is actively recruiting for an experienced Software Sales Specialist to join a locally owned & growing software solutions company in Fresno, CA. As the Software Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with local businesses and introducing the company's suite of software solutions. You'll play a key role in growing the client base while ensuring personalized, value-driven solutions tailored to each organization's needs are provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who are driven, personable and passionate about helping businesses streamline operations with technology. The Software Sales Specialist role is being offered on a full-time, direct hire basis: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The Software Sales Specialist role is an in-person, onsite position with local travel to customer business locations (no telecommuting or work from home).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development &/or account management (preferably within software/SaaS sales)
  • Strong time management, organizational, lead generation, client relationship building & management skills
  • Exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills to effectively handle client inquiries and challenges
  • Professional communication skills; interpersonal, verbal and written
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales activities, goals, and objectives
  • Advanced CRM & MS Office Skills
  • Must have a valid CA Drivers License and reliable transportation as this role will require attending client meetings, tradeshows and networking events throughout California's Central Valley and the state of CA
  • May require overnight air travel on occasion to attend tradeshows
  • MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES - SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE

Responsibilities

  • Identify & develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to determine current and future needs
  • Build upon and proactively maintain established business relationships
  • Deliver personalized SaaS product demonstrations to business organizations
  • Maintain & document daily sales records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and project planning software
  • Identify tradeshow opportunities where you can represent the company as a vendor
  • Daily travel to client locations within a 100-mile radius of Fresno, CA
  • Occasional travel to tradeshows and networking events
  • Occasional overnight travel to attend tradeshows as a vendor as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal team to provide businesses with customized solutions for clients
