About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned sales executive with deep expertise in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the food safety and diagnostics sector. This leader will drive commercial expansion of our digital platform portfolio serving food manufacturers, laboratories, and quality assurance operations. The role combines strategic leadership, strong technical acumen, and an understanding of regulatory and microbiological testing workflows common in global food production environments The Software Sales Leader with deep experience in SaaS markets will drive growth, expand enterprise relationships, and shape the commercial strategy of a high-performing sales organization. This individual will lead by example—combining strategic vision, operational discipline, and hands-on deal execution to deliver consistent revenue results. Hygiena Software Sales Leader will drive the growth of its SaaS portfolio within the global food safety sector. This newly created leadership role will be responsible for accelerating commercial performance across two core software platforms and developing a stronger software sales strategy across the organization. The role was created following the acquisition of a software company and reflects Hygiena’s strategic focus on expanding its digital and SaaS offerings within the food safety ecosystem.
