Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist / App Tester

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance
- Proficiency in Java automation
- Comfortable in Linux environment
- Experience with Selenium Webdriver
- Experience with Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL for data validation
- Ability to code automation
- Ability to probe for vulnerabilities
- Ability to build repeatable, standards-driven test processes
- Experience using an IDE (e.g., IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans)
- Experience with Bash scripting and vi in a Linux environment
- Experience writing test plans, cases, procedures, scripts, and scenarios
- Demonstrated history with manual and automated test processes
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving work environment
- Experience with testing tools such as JMeter
Responsibilities
- SQL queries for data validation (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL)
- Working with Selenium WebDriver
- Emphasis of experience must be in the area of writing automated code (Java) as opposed to simply click and record
- Must be able to evaluate developer assignments, independently understand requirements, and engineer tests to evaluate best path scenario as well as probe for possible failure conditions
- Must know to use an IDE to code (ex - IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans)
- Experience with interacting in a Linux environment (ex - Bash scripting, vi)
- Expertise in writing test plans, cases, procedures, scripts, and scenarios
- Demonstrated history with manual and automated test processes
- Ability to work well in a constantly evolving work environment
- Ensure the QA and testing approach references all known vulnerabilities and best practices
- Conduct and report testing using a repeatable process based on industry best practices
- Maintain and update the test environment
- Must have development skills, as automated testing is a lot of writing code.
- Solid hands-on experience testing experience with testing tools such as JMeter and /or Selenium.
