About The Position
ID.me is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This role involves testing responsive web, iOS, and Android applications. The engineer will interpret software requirements, create test plans and test cases, troubleshoot and reproduce defects, and write detailed bug reports. The position requires working independently and collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, and other Quality Assurance engineers.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of professional experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer or any occupation related to Software Quality Assurance Analysis and Testing.
- Four (4) years of testing web-based applications.
- Four (4) years of utilizing test case management tools to organize, manage, and execute test cases.
- Two (2) years of utilizing JIRA, Postman, or Git.
- Utilizing AWS, GCP, Azure or similar cloud infrastructure.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Successfully passing assigned AI proficiency testing.
Responsibilities
- Test responsive web, iOS, and Android applications.
- Interpret software requirements, create test plans, and test cases.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce defects.
- Write well-structured detailed bug reports with clear and concise steps to reproduce.
- Work independently and collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, and other Quality Assurance engineers.
