Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering related field
  • Minimum two years of software quality assurance experience
  • U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Integrate, maintain, and execute automated tests in CI/CD environments to validate quality and performance
  • Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs promoting quality achievement and performance improvement
  • Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and that a well-documented tracking and recall program exists
  • Design and implement adequate tests and procedures to provide statistically significant controls for the safe product development and releases
  • Provide technical expertise to product certification team and products teams to create, troubleshoot, and improve existing automation scripts
  • Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
