About The Position

PanelClaw, part of Enstall Group, is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to design, generate, manage, support, and document automation tools and processes involving both traditional programming and agentic AI workflows. The specialist supports the clawOS project and works directly with the PanelClaw sales team, applications engineers, technical designers, the Product Owner, and in-house and third-party software developers to resolve complex technical issues. This role is part of the software QA team and contributes across the software testing lifecycle, from planning and test design through execution, debugging, documentation, reporting, and analysis. The position also supports software assets and customer-service documentation. It is hybrid, requiring the ability to commute to the North Andover, Massachusetts office two days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in computer science, information technology, or a related area; technical design or software development is preferred.
Experience with computer languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or Java, and ability to understand code.
Experience with formal system and functional software testing in an SDLC or software development environment.
Skill in reviewing documentation and evaluating processes and work products against quality criteria or requirements.
Skill in analyzing and reviewing requirements to understand system and software functionality.
Experience using AI models and systems, both agentic and non-agentic.
Knowledge of agentic QA/QC AI solutions, including conceptual understanding of machine learning and deep learning.
Familiarity with formal software testing types and concepts.
Knowledge of Git protocol, packagers, and repository processes.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing without relying solely on AI tools.
Strong project and people management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Participate in test planning, design, and coding.
Analyze test requirements and prepare for test execution.
Perform testing assignments against the test strategy.
Use agentic and non-agentic AI to generate, perform, debug, document, report, and analyze work across the full software testing lifecycle (STLC).
Manage and orchestrate agentic AI workflows.
Execute, manage, track, and troubleshoot smoke, UAT, end-to-end, integration, API, and regression tests.
Collaborate with the test lead or manager on testing assignments and work comfortably with the development team, including under pressure.
Report and track defects; identify, record, document, and track bugs through closure.
Perform QA activities, including supporting developers, verifying release candidates through multiple testing phases, and communicating findings to stakeholders in real time.
Help maintain software-related assets and materials, including clawOS assets and data, internal Excel and AutoCAD templates, helper tools, and block libraries.
Help maintain customer-service documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
Maintain good relationships with cross-functional teams, protect confidential information, and maintain client confidence.
