Requirements
- Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associate's, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelor's + 0 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with current technologies in the primary technical domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing software design plans, automated scripts, and quality assurance programs.
- Experience in CI/CD environments, including defining and enforcing quality gates.
- Ability to work independently, provide mentorship, and collaborate effectively within and across teams.

- Advanced knowledge of secure coding principles and threat modeling for software features.
- Proven experience designing and deploying solutions to test reliability, availability, latency, and performance.
- Skilled in implementing automation frameworks and conducting complex testing to uncover product defects.
- Strong background in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for software issues.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
