Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience is required.
Expertise and applied knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing best practices.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Entry level programming skills.
Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Two years of working experience with Typescript or Javascript automation, including the use of Playwright frameworkAPI and DB testing
Experience testing REST APIs, SQL queries, and handling test data setups

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ERP retail processes (selling, renting, servicing, etc.) is preferred.
Familiarity with IFS Cloud ERP, TestRail, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and transform requirements into manual and automated test processes.
Work with development teams to implement, optimize, and re-use test automation functions with IFS Cloud ERP.
Conduct and document manual testing of IFS Cloud ERP.
Write, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures to attain quality software.
Develop processes and procedures to test product requirements and use cases.
Research market tools and/or develop the tools required for automated testing.
Coach and mentor developers on testing methodology and best practices.
Collaborate with Business and Technology partners to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and resolve escalated issues during the testing process.
