About The Position

Price Industries Limited is seeking a Software QA Analyst CO-OP Summer Student for a 4-month term from September to December within our Sales Technology Department.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related studies.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience or exposure in any of the following areas: Angular, React.js, C#, .NET, .NET Core, Java, Claude, GitHub, JavaScript
• Postman, Azure DevOps, TestRail, JIRA, VS Code, Visual Studio,
• Database Applications: PostgreSQL , Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business and system requirements to ensure testability
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans (Manual and Automated)
• Identify, document, and track bugs/defects using defect management tools
• Perform different types of testing such as: Functional testing, Regression/Smoke testing, Integration testing, Performance, load and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing and regression testing
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and execution logs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
