About The Position
PracticeTek is seeking a Software Onboarding Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for onboarding new customers in a timely manner while providing a fantastic customer experience. The specialist will conduct customer support and project onboarding activities to ensure customers successfully implement ChiroTouch software and services into their practice. The company is looking for individuals who are passionate about revolutionizing healthcare with technology and who thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment. Requirements
- Minimum 2-years Customer Service experience, preferably in a software training, support, or implementation role.
- Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adept knowledge of application sharing tools and environments.
- Maintain clean and accurate data.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate customer champion with proven ability to provide exceptional customer support.
Nice To Haves
- Chiropractic and/or ChiroTouch software experience highly desired.
- Software Onboarding or customer project management experience highly desired, preferably in a SaaS organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ensure timely and urgent response times to customer inquiries.
- Offer thorough product insights and results-driven problem-solving skills.
- Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects and achieve applicable onboarding targets for each.
- Complete customer onboarding projects within a certain time frame, based on software and/or services type and complexity.
