The Customer Success (Customer Onboarding) department serves a critical role in our customers' success with the ChiroTouch software and services. The Onboarding department works with customers post sale as they implement the platform and service in their practice providing solutions and resources for a productive and engaging implementation experience. The major function of the Customer Onboarding team is to ensure the implementation of the software and services in the customers practice is a success. Our Customer Onboarding Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers in a timeline manner, all while providing a fantastic customer experience. The Customer Onboarding Associate will conduct customer support and project onboarding activities to ensure our customers successfully implement ChiroTouch software and services into their practice. The is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in our Las Vegas, NV office or our San Diego, CA office.
