Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Systems integration experience
  • Familiarity with some or all of these technologies a plus: Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, API
  • Familiarity in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
  • Scrum Master experience is an advantage
  • Retail / Consumer products experience (business or information technology) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of business processes to design, develop and execute them against the client workflow processes.
  • Validating complex business applications to verify the system works per the requirement specification and validate the system addresses the business need.
  • Assisting with the development, implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training.
  • Contributing to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.
  • Provide Tradebeyonds expertise to customers
  • Provide best-practice input in the definition of customer's "to-be" business processes
  • Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers demonstrating the capabilities of the CBX PLM and Sourcing Software
  • Configure software application to support the customer's business processes
  • Work closely with customer to define and execute test scripts
  • Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to management
  • Work with CBX architecture, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer's software solution needs are met
