Requirements

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

Systems integration experience
Familiarity with some or all of these technologies a plus: Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, API
Familiarity in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
Scrum Master experience is an advantage
Retail / Consumer products experience (business or information technology) a plus

Responsibilities

Analysis of business processes to design, develop and execute them against the client workflow processes.
Validating complex business applications to verify the system works per the requirement specification and validate the system addresses the business need.
Assisting with the development, implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training.
Contributing to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.
Provide Tradebeyonds expertise to customers
Provide best-practice input in the definition of customer's "to-be" business processes
Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers demonstrating the capabilities of the CBX PLM and Sourcing Software
Configure software application to support the customer's business processes
Work closely with customer to define and execute test scripts
Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to management
Work with CBX architecture, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer's software solution needs are met
